As we continue to expand, we're looking for a passionate and proactive Remote Recruiter to help identify, engage, and place top talent across our network.
Source and screen qualified candidates within the UK accountancy and finance sector.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from job advertising and candidate outreach to interviews and offer negotiation.
Build strong, consultative relationships with both clients and candidates.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Collaborate with the internal team to align recruitment efforts with company goals and client needs.
Use CRM/recruitment tools to track communication, activity, and placement progress.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within accountancy, finance, or professional services.
Strong understanding of UK accountancy roles, qualifications (ACCA, ACA, AAT, etc.), and practice environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Tech-savvy with experience using ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
A genuine interest in helping people find the right career fit.
Experience recruiting for accountancy practices or M&A-related roles.
Knowledge of the UK accountancy market landscape and practice firm structures.
Existing candidate/client network within the sector.
Remote-first role with flexible hours.
