Job Summary:

  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis and investigate any discrepancies or variances.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and responding to queries. Ensure that audit recommendations are implemented.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file VAT, corporate tax returns, and other statutory filings. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and work closely with external advisors as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is preferred or in progress.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial accounting or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
