Join a dynamic and growing group of companies operating across multiple sectors, including property, technology, and professional services. This newly created Corporate Tax Manager role is a key part of the group finance team, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and manage the group's tax strategy while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional projects.
Manage the group’s corporate tax compliance process, ensuring accurate and timely filings across all entities.
Lead on group-wide tax planning, forecasting, and structuring initiatives.
Provide technical tax advice to internal stakeholders, including on M&A, restructuring, and financing activities.
Own the relationship with HMRC and external tax advisors.
Monitor tax legislative changes and ensure ongoing compliance with UK tax law.
Oversee group VAT, R&D tax reliefs, and transfer pricing documentation.
Work closely with Group Finance, Legal, and Treasury teams to ensure tax risks are well managed.
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and/or CTA qualified.
Minimum 5 years of corporate tax experience, either in practice or an in-house environment.
Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation; international tax knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues to non-tax professionals.
Commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
