Job Summary:

  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for business operations and investment activities.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including profitability analysis, cost control, and risk assessment. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective day-to-day financial operations, staff development, and high performance.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies. Coordinate and support both internal and external audits.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is essential.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
